Each experience is designed to inspire women into action to pay attention to their physical, mental and emotional well-being with kindness and child-like curosity. As we explore and cultivate, we connect more deeply to who we truly are and what we desire to create, do and be. Our wellness events will leave your feeling deliciously fulfilled.
Each event is crafted to promote mindfulness in daily living. Through hands on experiential events, participants are invited to explore, learn, and cultivate skills and practices that encourage meaningful life changes.
Learn n’ Live Series is a series of wellness events that invite participants to learn how to incorporate healthier practices into their daily living.
EmergingMIND is a collection of wellness experiences that promote mindfulness and paying attention to oneself with openness and a great deal of curosity.
Gong Meditation ~ Experience the healing vibration of sound therapy for the body and mind. Come relax the nervous system and restore harmony in the body.
Ancient Meditation ~ Learn to focus your attention on the movement of the breath as a method of developing understanding of our own physical and energetic connection of body and mind.
Journey Work ~ Creating Vision Boards ~ June 2018 Learn three simple steps to using vision boarding as a tool to inspire you into action to deliberately create the life you desire. Supplies are provided. Bring personal photos, your favorite colors and inspirational items. Wine & Cheese served.
